Protection of the merits of Piedmontese Cattle Breed and enhancement of farm products: these have been the consortium's main activities for 30 years. We guarantee the origin of the Piedmontese Breed meat, certifying it through electronic labeling, a system that allows the consumer to read on the receipt the history of every bought meat slice. Our meat is famous for its undisputed quality, but it is also famous as a witness of a culture that has remained unchanged to the present day, including tradition, respect and transparency. The COALVI brand also expresses these concepts: for this reason it has embraced a line of products, although not necessarily related to meat, made with the same philosophy and aim for the same excellence. These are products made by mostly family-run companies, inspired by local recipes in respect of tradition and in the name of authenticity, worthy of a table that hosts equally prized meat.
