After graduating from Columbia University, I joined Yasso Mahogany Furniture Co. as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer and grew to become the Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Although less than 39% of women are CFOs in China, in order to achieve better results, I believe that; women in the workplace need to identify their strengths, build confidence and work hard towards the goals they set for themselves. Whether it's a three-year plan or a five-year plan, it's important to be consistent, stay focused and work toward your goals.After achieving greater growth, I was recognized by a friend and eventually contracted with my friend's company to provide consulting services to financial directors. Since then, I've been expanding in the investment field. Of course, I am also a growing businesswoman. Currently, I have investments in hotels,, restaurants, beauty salons, spas, pharmaceuticals, and more.
