After graduating from Columbia University, I joined the Hong Kong Marriott Ocean Park Hotel as a CFO assistant and grew to become an associate CFO. although less than 39% of CFOs in China are women in CFO positions, in order to achieve better results, I believe; women in the workplace need to identify their strengths, build confidence and work hard towards the goals they set for themselves.
