    My Duties1- I was handling calls and sourcing resumes for client and report to the team lead. 2- Working on W2 positions as per the client request. 3- Call and made a deal with consultant for the position and took submission details. 4- Mass mailing and sourcing resumes on Monster and Career Builder. 5- Day to day report to manager and team lead. 6- Understanding of US Tax terms and Visas, Source candidates on W2 Basis. 7- Understanding Job Requirements, managing full cycle of recruitment (End to end recruitment), sourcing the resumes from various job portals and short listing the potential candidates. 8- Screening the profile and then proceeding for the client submission. 9- Pushing the client for the good profiles so, as to get interview slot for them and for further follow-up. 10- Played a major role in convincing the candidates for contractual position. 11- Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview, selection and on boarding. 12- Responsible for client interaction for understanding their need with most efficient way. 13- Actively work with client side hiring Managers and coordinators.
