I have been engaged in the cosmetics industry for 10 years and have a deep understanding of the organization and market trends. I can accomplish the goals of the business very well. I am currently a senior market development manager of an internationally renowned cosmetics company. In order to research a certain category of cosmetics, if the company does not approve it, I will buy it all out of my own pocket, and try them out one by one, just to find the nuances and distinguish between the good and the bad. In order to find out what kind of cosmetics today’s young people want, I have rummaged through the messages on all social platforms, just to discover the core skin care needs that are hidden deep in their minds and even they are not aware of. I even adjusted the new product concept PPT of the proposal overnight.
